SELF-CONTROL MONTH
East Sandy’s Wellness Word of the Month for March is SELF-CONTROL! Self-Control means being in control of your actions, words, feelings, and thoughts. We might need self-control when we are feeling frustrated, silly, angry, or excited. Being in control makes it easier to make smart choices like saying or doing kind things!
LEARNING ABOUT SELF-CONTROL
Throughout this month, Miss Andrea, our School Social Worker, will be visiting every class at East Sandy to read “A Little Spot of Frustration.” She will also be visiting each class to teach a lesson about Self-Control. Classroom teachers will be discussing and exploring Self-Control during Morning Meetings throughout the month!
REMINDER
