- Approval of Previous Minutes (Approved)
- Attendance Plan (Approved Pending Modifications)
- Plan for incentive for 95% this has done in the previous year. The plan can include more informational educational pieces. Modify verbiage to all absences as opposed to unexcused
- Make sure the 5 absences form letter is just informational and let them know where they are with absences.
- Focus to just 9 days
- Student Performance Data Update
- We are seeing half of our students are at benchmark. Focused on intervention plan and planning for teachers.
- First Read of School Plan 2024
- Include parental incentives/involvement in the plan
- Information on ways to educate parents on how they can interact with their kids.
- Possibly stipend teachers to stay additional nights (math, literacy)
- TSSP Budget Update/Plan
- Extra 20K in TSSA. This will be used to continue providing substitutes for teacher to plan as well as keep the instructional aids for the entire year.
