1. Jaralynn complied Land Trust Budget and it was presented which includes software (i-Ready), field trips, supplies, and assistant (Tier II assistants)

  1. A question was raised about savings when we move to Amplify and use their online component.  Will there be a cost savings if we no longer use i-Ready math?  If so, how much?  Deidre indicated we could carry over 10% of funds, so we can leave the money allocated in order to better understand the new program and if there are any shortfalls.

  2. Possibility was to have funds available for before or after school tutoring for reading and/or math.  Discussion will continue as data and funds become available.

If the current round of interviews is not productive, we may consider moving to an option for teachers to offer an after school tutoring program.

2. TSSA- funds for social worker, MTSS assistant, supplies, software, subs, teacher stipends.- This will be brought up each month to keep the SCC appraised.  Subs/stipened are for teacher planning for the next year.
