- Approve March 11 meeting minutes Motion to approve with the change from 8 school members to 6.

Action Item- Deidre 3:54 P.M.
- Finalize upcoming 26-27 School Plan- Deidre explained adjustments made to Plan in both ELA and Math goals. The new goal reflects the desire of the SCC to have both a proficiency and growth goal (Pathways of Progress).
- ELA- Suggestion was to modify the period of growth to be from Fall 2026 to Spring 2027 FROM May 2026 to May 2027. Suggestion was accepted.
- Math- adjustment was made to change time frame to read Fall 2026 to Spring 2027
- Discussion on what additional funds included distribution quantity. Deidre presented a spreadsheet clarifying Land Trust funds vs TSSP money.
- TSSP money that was previously used to pay for the half time school counselor was reduced to a quarter, due to the district picking up the other quarter. This still keeps a full time counselor funded.
- iReady will no longer be used in 2026-2027, primarily due to the recent law passed by the state legislature. The intent of the law was discussed. Implementation is still TBD.
- A field Trip funding line item was added as a buffer in both the TSSP funding category in the amount of $5000.00.
- A Literacy resources (Book Blitz, eBooks/books, subscriptions, curriculum) line item was added to the Land Trust and TSSP funding sources for $2000.00 from each source.
- Under the section with “Support Students with Disabilities”- Add “interventionists” along with teachers to include both groups providing instruction to students.
- School Climate goal was discussed (TSSP)- student buy-in was discussed for attendance due to the state removing compulsory education and getting kids to “care” about being at school on time. The goal was adjusted to reflect the change in school counselor FROM 0.5 TO 0.75 district funding so that East Sandy was contributing 0.25 FTE funding.
- SLT Signature form- form was signed by SCC members indicating that each individual either agreed/disagreed.
