💙 February is off to a great start! We’re seeing strong effort, positive choices, and lots of learning across our school. Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We’re looking forward to a great month ahead with Parent-Teacher Conferences, our PTA Book Fair, and Grands & Goodies—lots of great reasons to be on campus and connected.
Career Day Announcement – We are excited to announce that Career Day is coming up on March 20, from 8:30 to 9:45 AM! We invite parents and grandparents to join us and share insights about their careers with our students.
If you are interested in participating, please sign up using the QR code. See the flyer below.
Remember, Every Day Counts, Mustangs!
Our goal this year is to reduce chronic absenteeism by 20%. Missing 10 days in a school year—even spread out—means a student is considered chronically absent. That’s why attendance above 95% matters. Every school day helps your child learn, connect, and grow. Thanks for helping our Mustangs show up and succeed!

CSD Sponsored Vaccine Clinic, Feb. 12 – Canyons School District’s Nursing Department is making it easier to cross “vaccines” off your busy to-do list. The District is sponsoring a vaccine clinic, Thursday, Feb. 12, 2-5:30 p.m. at the Canyons District Offices, 9361 S. 300 East in Sandy (park and enter on the south side). CSD’s clinic accepts health insurance, and participants who have active coverage will be billed. Families with a health plan are asked to confirm vaccine coverage prior to attending. Qualifying students who don’t have health insurance can receive school-required vaccines at no cost. See details below
Digital Citizenship: Helping Your Kids Deal with Digital Drama
Most kids will encounter mean behavior at some point in their digital lives. To some kids, this experience is a blip that’s easily forgotten, while for others it can have deep, long-lasting effects. For parents, the key is staying involved in kids’ lives — both online and off — so they can step in and offer help if necessary. With guidance from parents and educators, kids can learn how to dodge the drama and stand up for others. Visit Common Sense Media to learn more about these tips.
