We had a great week at East Sandy! PTA launched our fundraiser assembly with a superhero theme. We had the police and fire departments talk about their jobs, tools, and being real super heroes. Students will be bringing home envelopes for donations. We greatly appreciate your support. We will also have a silent auction and a fun run next Friday.

| Attendance: We strongly encourage consistent attendance. We know there are times when you child needs to be out due to illness, vacations, appointments, etc. To keep you informed we send home attendance letters every 5 absences. This is for your information only. Thank you for your support.Student Vacations: Please see the front office if you are planning on taking a vacation. There is a vacation form that you need to complete prior to taking your child out for a vacation. Students will take the form to the teacher to arrange work or communicate a plan for making up upon return. Student will bring work home in their backpack.

Big Smiles Mobile Dentist Clinic at East Sandy has moved to Oct 10th. If you are interested, please go to this It is FUNDRAISER WEEK at East Sandy starting Friday, Oct 6th through Oct 13! This is our once-a-year fundraiser for the School in order to fund Field Trips, Ribbon Weeks, Community Events, Field Day, and more! We will begin our Super Supporter Fundraiser with an assembly with the Sandy City Fire Department at 9am on the 6th, and then end with an East Sandy Fun Run on Friday, October 13th at 9am!
