Today, Hogwarts Came to East Sandy!
Today at East Sandy, Hogwarts arrived as we kicked off our annual PTA fundraiser, running October 13–17!
During our assembly, students stepped into the wizarding world of Hogwarts, where our teachers (and their classes) were sorted into one of the four magical houses: brave Gryffindor, loyal Hufflepuff, wise Ravenclaw, and ambitious Slytherin.
Students also received a special owl letter from Professor Dumbledore explaining how they—and their families—can contribute throughout the week.
This annual PTA fundraiser helps support many of the amazing activities that make East Sandy such a special place, including field trips, assemblies, Pastries with Parents, Field Day, Family Night, and so much more!

Digital Citizenship Week – October 13–17, 2025.
A Friendly Reminder: No Dogs on Campus: For safety and hygiene, dogs are not allowed on school or district property, except for service or approved therapy animals (Canyons Policy 300.08). Recently, we’ve had incidents with aggressive dogs around students, including a bite.
