East Sandy’s Wellness Word of the Month for April is PROBLEM SOLVING! Problem solving means identifying the problem, thinking about your options, and picking the best solution. One way to help us problem solve is to use flexible thinking – remember to think like a palm tree!
LEARNING ABOUT PROBLEM SOLVING
Throughout this month, Miss Andrea, our School Social Worker, will be visiting every class at East Sandy to read “A Little Spot of Flexible Thinking.” She will be visiting each class to teach a lesson about Problem Solving. Classroom teachers will be discussing and exploring Problem Solving during Morning Meetings throughout the month!
