3:53pm: Motion to begin meeting: Motion was made to begin the meeting and seconded.
Approve Previous Minutes 4:03pm: Previous minutes were reviewed. Discussion points on the safe walking route was had in regards to not having a crosswalk at the East Side where the walking path is through the field.
A motion was made to approve the previous minutes,it was seconded and passed.
School Safety Plan – Review and approve:
Principal Ashbridge presented on the previous year’s safety plan and updated the SCC on what was addressed and changed. The SCC still indicated the parking lot and pickup/drop off are safety concerns. It was proposed to move daycare pickup to the North East corner of the parking lot to be in compliance with the law as well as remove the amount of crosswalks students need to utilize.
At 4:37pm a motion was made to approve this year’s safety plan that will be reviewed during next month’s meeting. It was seconded and approved.
Budget Update -Update
We are still updating this budget (Land Trust $11,840) (TSSA $16,306)
Preview School PBIS Plan NOV-DEC
Principal Ashbridge reviewed the new PBIS plan for this year. Discussion was had on increasing the amount of volunteers and parent involvement. Principal Ashbridge stated that he will bring Discipline, and positive recognition data to review during December’s Meeting.
