Thank you for a great week at East Sandy! I appreciate all of your support with parent teacher conferences and supporting our PTA at the Book Fair. We also want to give a special thanks to all the grandparents who came and supported our Grands and Goodies event. Remember there is not school tomorrow Friday September 28th.

Student Vacations: Please see the front office if you are planning on taking a vacation. There is a vacation form that you need to complete prior to taking your child out for a vacation. Students will take the form to the teacher to arrange work or communicate a plan for making up upon return. Student will bring work home in their backpack. See attached flyer for more information. Canyons School District is sponsoring free mental health consultations for students, ages 10-18, and their parents. See attached flyer for more information. Big Smiles Mobile Dentist Clinic at East Sandy has moved to Oct 10th. If you are interested, please go to this LINK and register. PTA HAPPENINGS: Please support our school and join the PTA. Thank you for supporting Book Fair and we hope all students got to pick something out with their $5 coupon! Reflections is ongoing until Oct 18th, and we encourage students to submit their entries “I Am Hopeful Because…” anytime online at www.utahpta.org/reflections! Our October PTA Meeting is on Tuesday, October 3rd from 9:30-10:30am! Everyone is invited & we will have a lil treat at the meeting! Save the date for the East Sandy FUN RUN on the morning of October 13th as part of our Super Supporter Fundraising event! More info to follow, but it’s going to be… well… Super!
